The mission of the West Biloxi Development Alliance (WBDA) is to empower the residents of West Biloxi, Mississippi, by promoting transparency in local government and encouraging active participation in the development and approval processes. The organization seeks to ensure that the voices of local residents are heard and that they play an active role in shaping the future of their community.
The West Biloxi Development Alliance (WBDA) was formed on 30 May 2024 by Mr. Jarrod Fusco and Mrs. Wendy Lally after meeting each other at a Biloxi Ward 5 meeting.
